Flavour Vapour

Flavour Vapour is a national vape-selling business with a promising online presence and sales rates. However, they reached out under suspicion of not been making the best out of their e-commerce means. Therefore, they approached us for a multi-faceted service that included a complete redesign and development of their e-commerce website and SEO strategy setup (performed by a marketer).

The project, from a UX standpoint, was kicked off with a Discovery round, where business objectives, demographics and conversion rates were discussed; followed by a thorough UX Audit that uncovered several issues that were in the way of their users' objectives. All of this was performed using Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar heatmaps and Google Lighthouse. The results of these findings gave way to a brand-new site architecture conveyed on a series of wireframes that became the foundation for the final UI proposal recently approved.
