SFS Architecture

SFS Architecture is a studio located in Kansas City, Missouri. As a local powerhouse, this prolific studio has completed all sorts of projects around the city, and it’s regarded at the top of its game due to its fair approach to communities, care for the local and historical patrimony and aim for solution endurance and sustainability. As a design consultant for Foster Commerce, I was put in charge of a full redesign of their current website with the aim of reflecting these aspects of their brand in addition to their focus on excellent design and a human-centred approach. The result was a design that not only captivated stakeholders and the board but positioned them with fairness as a top player.

The process involved rounds of interviews with diverse stakeholders in order to understand objectives and expectations, assessment of audience and personas, user journeys, wireframing and final round of refinement.
