FGM Campaign | Plan UK

In 2015, Plan UK (Plan International) commissioned an entire campaign aimed at Transport for London to raise awareness about FGM (Female Genital Mutilation) in the UK. FGM is a huge and unsolved problem across Africa and the Middle East, where the indexes of deaths due to it grow rampant every year. Besides, FGM has multiple and extremely hard-to-track socio-cultural motivations and consequences that make it even more insidious and dangerous.

I was made responsible for the art direction of the campaign, in which I worked side-to-side with copywriters to bring an impactful result.
