Shift App | Driver’s version

The Shift App is a crucial part of the Shift Online shipping service. In my time as Shift’s UX Manager, my team and I got involved in the crafting of a new set of functionalities to enhance the driver’s app with trip planning and delivery capabilities. Providing them with holistic control over their earnings and schedule to avoid unnecessary trips and fuel consumption. Finally, this development was complemented with a tipping feature on the end client’s app version. Both drivers and users gladly received the results.
