Shift for Homebase

In my time as Shift’s UX Manager, I and my team were in charge of leading the research and design of a mobile terminal developed in conjunction with Homebase. The goal was to provide the floor staff with a smooth label-scanning experience to maximise time and efficiency by digitalising the entire shipping process.
